Looking for an experienced end-of-lease cleaner to help us finish off a clean that has already been done. The property is an empty 3-bedroom house plus a 2-bedroom cabin, with two living areas in total. We originally booked a commercial cleaning company to complete the end-of-lease clean, but unfortunately a number of areas were missed and the agent has asked us to have them addressed. So we’re simply looking for someone experienced who can come through, take care of what’s been missed and get the property properly finished. The agent has asked for the following: - Walls wiped down and remaining marks cleaned - Floors cleaned, including upstairs floors being mopped again - Windows and window tracks/runners cleaned - Skirting boards cleaned properly - Sink and benchtops wiped down - Oven properly cleaned - Walls in the flat cleaned - Flat bathroom and skirting boards cleaned - Bathrooms and toilets properly detailed - Mould cleaned where needed, particularly around showers - Grout, tiles and shower grates cleaned properly - Cobwebs removed - Cabinets, cupboards and surfaces checked and wiped - Another vacuum and mop where needed - Corners, edges and any other finer details that may have been missed The property is completely empty and has already been cleaned and vacuumed, so you’re not starting an end-of-lease clean from scratch. It really just needs an experienced cleaner to go through everything properly and get those final details right. We’re happy to pay once the job is completed. We just ask that the clean comes with an end-of-lease/bond-back guarantee, so if the agent identifies any cleaning items that have genuinely been missed, you’re happy to come back and take care of them at no additional cost. Please bring your own cleaning products and equipment. We’re not looking to make this complicated — we just need someone reliable who knows end-of-lease cleaning and can help us get it properly finished.

End of lease clean for small open plan 2 bedroom until. The walls do NOT need cleaning they have just been freshly painted. The shower needs a quick once over you won't clean it as the shower glass is riddled with cancer. The house was not perfect when we moved in the owners are aware and are easy going.
