Annette is a gem of a find after several no shows and unreliable people. She's a great communicator from offer to finish, she shows up when she says she will (you wouldn't think that this was special but believe me it is!), she did an awesome job of completing a cleaning, furniture moving task - so much attention to detail, initiative and plain hard work. She also brought her own equipment and very high quality products including lovely extras like beautiful room spray - something I've never experienced in 25 years of hiring cleaners. But Annette is certainly not limited to cleaning - she will do sorting, change bed linen, do any handyperson task - there's almost nothing she can't and won't do and does everything with care, diligence and commitment. She's also a lovely person and interesting to talk to although she'll keep working while talking, and isn't talkative if you don't want to talk. Can't recommend Annette highly enough and will definitely be asking her to do jobs again
