1. There are cracks presenting around the ceiling fan in bathroom. Advice from building inspector is to have builder reinforce etc. See pics. Would like advice on whether it should be replaced or can easily be reinforced. 2. Also covering an opening in a kitchen cupboard, due to some pip copper upgrades (that happened before we moved in) Thanks, Sara
