 Looking for a flooring professional to: * Remove and dispose of existing carpet in two rooms (photos attached) of an empty unfurnished apartment (total area approx. 27sqm) * Prepare subfloor as required * Source and install wood-look flooring (hybrid or laminate - see photo of another apartment I had done elsewhere which looked good) * Ensure installation meets standard NSW acoustic insulation requirements * Supply and install appropriate acoustic underlay * Install trims/scotia as needed for a clean finish
 Property Details: * Botany Road Alexandria by Waterloo Metro station * Ground floor apartment * Flat, easy access (no stairs) * No dedicated parking spot, but street parking available nearby * Two rooms to do (total ~27sqm) * Existing flooring: Carpet
 Timing:
 I can provide access to start from Saturday 7th March onwards.
Ideally, the job would be completed before Wednesday 11th March.

Removal and installation of carpet tiles (already sourced) for 74sqm in office space (1 room)

I need someone to paint inside the wardrobes and cut the carpet around the skirting boards for me minimum is $200. If it turns out you’re quicker than expected I don’t mind paying more.

We have a second guest bedroom that we want to change from carpet to wood flooring to match the rest of the apartment. Photos attached.

There is a hole of 230 cm long and 14 cm wide in the carpet, after wall was removed. Need to patch it
