I have a 4 bedroom home im moving out of and need carpet cleaning and pest control as it is a end of lease i will need a receipt provided on completion for realestate

We recently pulled some carpet up in our main bedroom due to a water leak. We just need it re tucked back into place.

2 x bedroom transitions need to be fixed and new trim put on (removed floating floors so just need a transition trim put on instead). Main room (worst of them) will probably need some new carpet in that area. I have an off cut from when installed. Second room has just lifted slightly so will probably be fine to be pulled tight and secured with new trim?
