Hi :) The ensuite in the main room flooded and water went into the walk in robes... ive had the carpets cleaned and I can still smell a certain smell.. so I'm guessing I need to replace the carpet and underlay.. it's roughly 1.5 x 1.3 I think. I have uploaded a photo. Needing done asap obviously. My budget is $350 please 🙏 I don't know if I need to replace both the carpet and underlay or just the underlay as the carpet is only 3 months old and been cleaned twice. Please let me know what is best. I can not afford to re carpet the whole room at this time. It may just need to be aired and new underlay...

For ground floor only. Not needed upstairs. Need a carpet layer to refit the existing carpet with new carpet gripper (smooth edge). Also new underlay is required, but keep the same carpet that’s onsite 2. Deodorise the area / carpet to remove musky smell caused by damp carpet which is now dry. 3. Remove old underlay offsite, it’s already removed I just need to you take it offsite and dispose of it 4. Carpet has been damaged in both bedrooms, with approximately 5-10 small sections along the edges pulled up by a dog. The damage is mainly to the surface fibres/strips rather than the entire carpet. We have a boat at Sanctuary Cove Marina and need to have the carpet in the hallway replaced. We have the carpet already but you will need to supply some underlay and you will be basically using the old carpet as a template and replacing it with the new piece. As per the photo, you will see two hatches. you can unscrew the frame with a Philips head screwdriver, replace the carpet and install the frame from the cutout pieces. You will also have to spray contact the underlay to the carpet as per the existing piece as the carpet is a tight fit and there is no smooth edge. The boat has easy access and accessibility.
