Looking for someone experienced with carpet installation for our single-storey house in Burleigh Waters. There’s roughly 42m² of carpet across the living room, master bedroom and 2 other bedrooms. We’ll choose, buy and prepay the carpet and underlay. We’d also need you to pick them up, so you’ll need a suitable ute/van/trailer. The existing carpet will need to be removed and the new carpet/underlay fitted and properly stretched. There will be some bulky furniture that needs moving onto the covered patio while the carpet is being done, including beds and the lounge, then moved back afterwards. We’ll remove the smaller items ourselves. Would also need neat transitions where the carpet meets the new hybrid flooring. House is easy access and single level. Please only offer if you’ve got experience laying carpet.

There’s roughly 43m² of hybrid flooring to go in the dining, kitchen, family room, hallway and foyer, and around 42m² of carpet for the living room and 3 bedrooms. The hybrid will be laid over the existing tiles. Any loose tiles have already been fixed. We’ll buy and prepay all the flooring, carpet and underlay once we’ve chosen it. We’d also need you to pick the flooring/materials up, so you’ll need a suitable ute/van/trailer. There will be some furniture that needs moving onto the covered patio while the floors are being done, including beds, lounge and dining table/chairs, then moved back afterwards. We will remove the non-bulky items. Would also need the old carpet removed, new carpet properly stretched and fitted, hybrid installed, and neat transitions between the carpet, hybrid and tiled wet areas. House is easy access and single level. Please only offer if you’ve got experience laying both carpet and hybrid flooring.

Pet damage to carpet that needs repairing in two rooms

We will have the underlay and carpet. The pins are already down from the previous carpet. We would just like it fitted in a small living/ dining section. Probably half a days work on the week commencing 21st September. We can be flexible. Measurements 5.8 x 4.3 3.0 x 3.2

The carpet in one of our rooms has been ruined by cat. Would like to get someone who knows about carpets to see if it’s possible to remove the carpet (bare tiles underneath) or if not, then to replace the carpet. Not sure how much this usually costs to happy to receive any quote

We have 5 or 6 interior doors that need to be removed and marginally shaved down to cater for new carpet. One door is already removed.

My cat has scratched up some of the carpet on the stairs, looking to replace or have patch work done to repair

Approx 45sqm of carpet tiles to be laid. 2 rooms, a small hall and stairs (just the treads). Everything supplied. photos attached.

Carpet needs to be cut & trim installed to meet up with timber step & top of staircase

We are looking for an experienced carpet repairer/ jack of all trades to replace a small patch of carpet due to pet damage. We have the replacement carpet ready to go, however not the carpet glue/required tools. Job will take approximately 1 hour or less (comparing to a previous/same repair).

Fix carpet burn mark as per pic. We don’t have spare carpet piece.

Carpet has been damaged in both bedrooms, with approximately 5-10 small sections along the edges pulled up by a dog. The damage is mainly to the surface fibres/strips rather than the entire carpet. Seeking repair rather than full replacement if possible, such as patching or re-stretching. Happy for you to give me a quote and a price estimate if I need to go over my budget I will. Thanks!

We have a boat at Sanctuary Cove Marina and need to have the carpet in the hallway replaced. We have the carpet already but you will need to supply some underlay and you will be basically using the old carpet as a template and replacing it with the new piece. As per the photo, you will see two hatches. you can unscrew the frame with a Philips head screwdriver, replace the carpet and install the frame from the cutout pieces. You will also have to spray contact the underlay to the carpet as per the existing piece as the carpet is a tight fit and there is no smooth edge. The boat has easy access and accessibility.
