I am after a quote for floorboards for a 1-bedroom apartment. Require floorboards only in the kitchen & lounge/ dining area (carpet to remain as is in the bedroom). The total area I would want the floorboards in would be between 35 - 40 meter. If you could advise me on laminate and vinyl both - I would prefer the water-resistant quality. Also, the difference in price and quality for 5mm, 7mm and upwards. Any additional costs for carpet removal, furniture moving etc. to be included in the quote as well. This is for an apartment on St Kilda Road. I would need the spec sheet of the floorboards that will be installed, the quote to outline the scope of works, certificate of currency for the contractor doing the works. Thanks Saryu
