CARPET REPAIR – A section of carpet has been damaged by a cat near a doorway. Looking to patch/repair if possible. 2. WALL HOLE REPAIRS (x2) – Two holes in internal bedroom walls caused by door knobs. One hole already has a mesh backing patch applied. Both need to be filled, sanded smooth, and touched up with paint. 3. GARAGE WALL HOLE – A larger hole in the internal garage wall caused by a car. Needs to be properly patched, set, sanded, and painted to a tidy finish. All jobs are at the same property so no travel between sites needed. Looking for someone who can ideally knock it all out in one visit.

Looking for quote to have squeaky floorboards in upstairs level of townhouse fixed. Possibly 2-3 rooms only. Carpets will need to be removed and floorboards fixed. We have purchased one of those Squeak Repair kits and tried doing one floorboard only, but I think this will be bigger to fix on our own. And not sure if these kits will fix the issue. Have highlighted on attached photo the areas where it's very squeaky and would like fixed, as living area is located directly underneath. Would like someone to pop over to provide a quote as to how much to fix. Hoping we can re-use the current carpet in the property as we're only looking at doing a few rooms.
