Two patch replacement using carpet from the bedroom wardrobe

Small carpet repair needed near skirting boards(3 different spots). Frayed/pulled fibres at edges and corners only (see photos). No full replacement. Needs to be tidy and presentable for end-of-lease/bond return. Apartment in Clayton VIC. Flexible timing, own tools required.

Burnt carpet repair need to patch

Looking for someone to rip up the carpet and restore the floorboards underneath (dog started the job and chewed through a part of it). Appears to be solid wood flooring, also need some creaking in the floor repaired. Only in living, dining and hallway.

Carpet was double deep cleaned last week but some stains still remain

Broken chipboard floor needs to be fixed. Then the carpet on top needs to be fixed to the flooring If you can put a steel plate on top and then fix the carpet that would be great. Cheers

Need carpet installed into an attic by a professional carpet layer. Rectangle shape and the floor size 9.37m long x 3.88m wide. New smooth edge and new underlay have already been installed. And 2 Brand new (3.6m width) 10 meter & 5 meter rolls of synthetic carpet sitting ready to be laid in the attic. Plus a 15m joint tape suppled.
