*Flexible on price* Looking for someone to replace the carpet, underlay and rotted timber panelling underneath in our apartment, which we’re getting ready to sell. The timber underneath has rotted due to poor ventilation, so this will need to be looked at and replaced as part of the job. I’ve attached the floorplan and photos to give you an idea of what’s involved. We’re happy to go with a basic, generic carpet, as the existing carpet is pretty low quality anyway. Just looking to freshen things up for the sale without spending too much on the carpet itself. We’re hoping to have everything completed by Friday the 16th, as we’re planning to have an open inspection on the Saturday. My owners corporation has asked me to get some quotes for a carpet replacement for the common area/lobby/stairway of our 3 storey brick building. 9 unit apartment complex. Currently has old carpet on stairway and vinyl tiles on ground floor. Looking to replace old carpet with carpet tiles and perhaps ceramic tiles on the side (as per example pictured). Perhaps hybrid flooring to cover the existing vinyl tiles on the ground floor, but open to suggestions. I am happy to organise materials so please let me know options for including and not including materials.
