Require removal and disposal of carpet and laying of underlay and laminate flooring of approx 9.5sqm room. May need trimming around edge. Will need to be flush with same flooring in hallway. Will need help moving x2 chest of drawers in/out of room. Ground floor apartment with easy street access. Flooring and underlay will be provided. May also want same flooring in hallway re-laid as very creaky, depending on cost/if possible. I have a feeling more underlay is needed. DIY reno by previous owners. All contents is water and mould damage. We need it all to be removed and dumped safely as soon as possible. Including furniture. Beds, book case and home appliances and clothing/personal items.
