Backyard fencing and deck needs light sanding and re-staining. i try to do this most years, but time is getting away from me. There is a few days work in it. I have other painting jobs if you want to discuss and are up for it. I will supply all materials as needed.

wood and steel flashings on the top of the roof fell down, and on the one side 2 flashings came off. One sealent of the bathroom pipe on the roof require replacement, 2 new ventilations extract pipes required. - Due date: Flexible

I need two separate single steps built into sunken lounge. First step, 1450 long. Second step, 2725 long. Not too fussed on timber as long as it is sturdy, to code and I can stain it dark as per top in photo. Cheers

We are looking for someone to build a deck out the back of our place. The space is roughly 7x7m, and has existing pavers however we'd lift these and have the frame and deck built over. Time frame is flexible. We're just starting so unsure of what something like this costs. We understand modwood is more expensive so would like some quotes on both materials. Photo shows patio which is where we'd like to build under.

I need materials from a deck transported from Curtin to Wanniassa. Most timber lengths are 6m. Photo indicates what needs to be moved. Good access at both sites.
