Rotten section of beam needs replacing and painting.

I need a unit like the one pictured made to fit my room. it would be floor to ceiling (standard ceiling height of 2400) and approx 3200 wide and 400 deep. I would also like along the bottom to be drawers with filing cabinet rails and lockable. And possibly also some options for lighting as well to add a nice accent to the unit. Obviously would need to discuss and finalise design to enable an exact quote, but at the moment I'm just starting to look for someone who can do the job skills wise, and an indicative cost. I'm not on a particular schedule so can be flexible with that. Cheers

I need two tasks: 1) Dismantling and removing an outdoor table. It was constructed on the balcony and is too large to fit out of the door, so it will need to be broken down. It has a steel frame so will need appropriate tools (eg angle grinder or hacksaw) to cut though. I also need it removed. 2) Fixing the shelving of a shoe cabinet. It is a fairly new cabinet but I tried (and failed) to install the shelves myself

The existing deck is over 10 years old and we plan to stain the whole area so the new section blends in and hides flaws.
