Have a small dining table that needs sanding and restraining

Looking for someone to stain our front fence. Ideally someone with a good eye/this kind of experience Will need 2 coats so 2 visits. If a 3rd is needed, I’ll pay 50% of original payment again.

The deck needs sanding and staining. There is an upstairs and downstairs deck and I have most of the materials for the job. We are hoping to get this done before December 2025.

I want to put composite decking down (ekodeck) but need to tear up the old deck first. Outdoor kitchen ready to be fitted so need to be done asap There are lots of hex screws that need to come out and a few are not coming easy. Obviously have to preserve the frame underneath

The staircase is 17 stairs measuring 80cm by 27cm, there is also a landing in the middle of the staircase which is 1.4m x 1.9m. Looking for someone w a circular saw that can come and saw off the ends of 4 pieces of timber. It's a quick 5 min job, simple straight cut, 20cm length, 4cm thickness (I don't have my saw w me atm). Reposting as previous person didn't show up.
