We will purchase the unit (freestanding with legs) and are planning to remove the bottom bricks of the existing fireplace to create enough space for installation. Job includes: • Modifying fireplace opening (removal of some brickwork) • Ensuring the flue will fit with required clearances • Installing the Nectre 19 and flue • Making sure it complies with AS/NZS 2918:2018 clearance standards I can send through photos and dimensions before you quote.
