We need someone to finish the subfloor for a Stilla Oakley 3x4 timber shed that we have started. The 12 post holes have already need dug out and the 6 frame pieces assembled. We need someone to level and concrete the posts, attach the posts to the floor frame and screw the frame together -basically concrete in, level and assemble the subfloor. There is a slight slope that needs to be adjusted for. We have the gravel and quick set cement already.

Need extra space to fit in a larger space in kitchen. Fridge is taller and wider than the current space

Looking for a carpenter to do some framing work with internal framing timbers for a fire place insert (half wall). 90mm timber already at site. Estimating around 2-3 hours of work. Paying $50/ hour , minimum 4 hours paid. Rough sketch attached but not the exact dimensions, which will be provided. Happy to give a hand for anything you need.

A deck which is ~50m2 need to be sanded and re-stained (2 coats). Nails will need to be punched. No idea of price so make me an offer. Ideally someone who’s has experience.

Need a front door installed. I have this door that is hollow and has already been cut. It needs to be cut down an extra 10cm. I can source another door that is solid wood if needed.

I need some one to help a Carpenter doing a reno. Installing beams, cut out a brick wall and installation of a window. Time : around 9am start to 4pm No tools or experience is required altough knowing how to use powered tools is a bonus.

Scope of Work: • Remove an existing section of Yellow Tongue flooring (approx. 1400mm x 900mm) by unscrewing and lifting it. • Reinforce the subfloor by installing 6 timber noggings (approx. 450mm long x 30mm deep each) between the existing joists to provide support at the panel edges. • Apply adhesive to the noggings, then install a new Yellow Tongue panel cut to size. Glue and screw it down securely. Materials: • I will supply the timber for reinforcement (you will need to cut it into 6 pieces and install them). • You will need to supply and bring the new Yellow Tongue sheet, cut it to size on-site, and install it with adhesive and screws. Carpet will be removed in advance and you will have full access to the floor. Date and time: This needs to be on Thursday 17th very early in the morning: starting 8:30am sharp. In Croydon Victoria.
