We have timber stairs (pine) and the lowest tread has been damaged by termites. I needs a carpenter or person experienced with stair making to repair or replace the damaged tread. In the photo, the bottom tread is the damaged one and it has been eaten out. I have a temporary MDF board on top.

I moved into an apartment and my dishwasher doesn’t fit. I am hopping to find someone to move and cut the kitchen cabinets and install it for me. Today would be incredible as I can’t stand to do dishes anymore 🤣 Doors and shelves need to be removed, the side panel needs to be removed and the inside panel too. The aluminum at the bottom will need to be cut too, and it needs to look good, finished and it must be safe with no sharpe edges. I’ve take photos and videos so i can get a price and decide if I’ll buy a smaller dishwasher or just keep mine and get it cut. Also if you are talented and affordable I actually want a table, a desk, two beds, inserts for two wardrobes done too, and I would design it as I can’t find what I need and want in the market. Should be a very simple and quick adjustment for a retired carpenter or someone very handy with an electric plane. Just need 5-10 mm taken off the top of a lightweight timber flywire french door. It’s just sticking at the top and not closing. Please only reply if you are a quality tradesman not looking for someone who’s not very experienced thanks.

Installing timber panels on interior wall..total area 16 sqm.. i will get 10 timber panels mostly all cut to size(maybe little adjustment required), recommended glue and nails.. instructions says it’s a DIY work but I am not very confident doing.. so professional help required.. it’s straight forward to be glued and screwed.. around 4-5 hours job for an experienced person..

I would like my small walk in wardrobe with more function and storage. I want some railing too and bottom railing instead of one across, and some drawers and maybe some shelves.
