Looking for a carpenter or handyman to replace a few decking boards on the balcony and add a timber railing extension to increase the balcony railing height.

One of the wooden beams on the carport has rotted and needs to be replaced. The location is in Wantirna, and it would be best to have the work done on a weekend. It should involve replacing one or two pieces of timber, each no longer than 1 meter. The old timber has deteriorated over time and broken. (A plastic sheet needs to be fixed on top of the timber, but since the timber has rotted, the plastic sheet cannot be nailed in properly.)

We have built in kitchen cabinets which will require some modification to install a dishwasher. This will include a bit of carpentry and plumbing, ideally you'll be qualified to do so. The cabinet is ~765 wide, 710 tall (not including sink) and 520 deep. This would be the ideal cupboard for the dishwasher, but if it certainly wouldn't fit we'd be open to using a different one. Glue and screw it down securely. I need to move 6 timber frames, 5 roofing sheets, 8 pieces of pine timber (2400mm) and 1 window to Phillip Island.
