Overhead cabinet removal to make room for the new fridge which is too.tall. (Pictured is old fridge) Doors already removed. Care is required: the cabinet is fixed beneath a bulkhead above, a fridge panel and pantry to either side, and behind to the wall I presume although those fixings aren't visible due to gyprock. There are water and power outlets behind the cabinet which supply the fridge. Bonus points if you are an experienced joiner or cabinetmaker and can quote us on reinstalling a new or resized cabinet!

Doing a cheap kitchen makeover. Don't want to pull out entire bottom kickboard or top bench top. The cabinets appear to be modular mdf with laminate. Either need to pull out cabinet or if easier, cut through the cupboard shelf to make room for the dishwasher. Section of kickboard and possibly bench top facia will need to be cut through to suit. The kitchen is super old, its a temporary makeover and it will be repainted and refinished after dishwasher installation, so does not have to be perfect and doesn't matter if it chips etc, will fix with paint and finishing strips after. Just need to be able to get dishwasher in. No rubbish removal or clean up required. - Due date: Today

I've bought a townhouse with wooden floorboards throughout. They're in pretty good condition, but I'd like to get them refinished before moving furniture in. Sanding won't be needed, but I'd like a top coat with a hardener applied. I need this done on Monday 28/2 or Tuesday 29/2 at the latest. The area to treat is roughly 50 square metres - a downstairs area (4.9x4.55 + 2.3x2.4) and two bedrooms upstairs (2.4x3.2 + 3.9x3.45). - Due date: Needs to be done on Monday, 28th Feb 2022
