Reinforce the frame properly (splice or structural repair – no cosmetic patch jobs). Hang and align a second-hand external/porch door. Cut new hinge rebates if required. Install latch and strike plate. Ensure door swings correctly with even gaps and solid hinge anchoring. Weather-seal appropriately. I do not want a full frame replacement, but I do want a structurally sound repair that will hold long term. Important This is not a “quick filler and screw it in” job. Hinges must be secured into solid timber. Door must close properly without rubbing. Work must be neat and professional. If you are unsure about structural jamb repairs, please do not quote. Need to box out an area in a warehouse office roof. The area is 1000mm x 1000mm x 1500mm. The ceiling is plastered with clear access to the roof. On top of the office is chipboard. Timber for the job is supplied. Need the roof cutout, boxing made up and installed. Plastering isn’t part of this task.

I need a carpenter/handyman ASAP in Campbellfield to lay some flooring down in 2 bathrooms. I normally would use yellow tongue, but instead, I’m using a James hardie product ThTs like a thick cement sheet. Called secure flooring. So maybe a grinder will be better suited for it. I’m Not sure. The bathrooms are quite small (see pictures). I will also need you to install 6 internal doors with new door jambs, 3 of the doors are quick fit (the jambs are already cut down), the other 3 will need their door jambs cut to size. I’ll also need all hardware installed. All doors are pre hinged. I will provide all materials. You will need to bring all the tools. When submitting your offer, please let me know when you can do it.
