Looking for an experienced roofer or handyman to reseal the roof of my outdoor pergola. The pergola has a metal roof, and I need the joins/seams checked and resealed to stop water leaks. The roof should be inspected for any gaps or failed sealant, with old sealant removed where necessary and replaced with a suitable roofing-grade sealant. Please bring your own tools, ladder and materials. Experience with metal roofing is preferred. Looking for someone to assemble a Stratco Handi-Mate Sliding door shed (1.86m wide, 0.85m deep and 1.90m high). It also comes with a shed floor beam kit that needs to be fitted. It will sit on pavers and no need for anchoring. This will be behind the house in a corner. Area will be cleared prior to the assembly.

Need the shed frame pulled apart and emptied to skip bin. Frame is steel to be cut to the ground. Will need tools to cut it up to size to be stacked or placed in a skip/back of ute. Plus tear down a wooden pergola attached to the side of the house. This requires a team of 2. Should not be more than 3-4 hours for an experienced team.

I require someone to remove all cupboards and remove the floor and wall tiling. Floor is approx 13sqmt, wall tiles is approx 8sqmt. Thisis an apartment on the first floor, there is a stair case next to the door and a walkway to the driveway. You remove all rubbish. I will be onsite to assist with the job as a labourer. No plumbing or electrical work is required. I have reposted the job as I left out it was on the first floor with stairs.

Help to Dissemble a 3×3m - mimosa louvred pergola. I bought online, mert at sellers house in Nollarama today. Please bring: Drill, ratchet set, Hand tools, Ladder, I dont know if bolts in concrete need sawn off, if you have grinder also would be useful. Work involves, undoing lots of Nuts/bolts each louvre, screws/Allen keys to undo fram connections. Its Aluminum frame, so careful not to thread. (Its happened before ). I can assist with my tools also and have a 1 x collapsable platform ladder. I would like your help to load into/onto my Van roof racks also. I'm 1 hr drive from location. So rbc a time with yourself and the place picking up from. Need completed Today. Thanks you

There is a bunch of rubble, gyprock, old wardrobe panels and general demolition waste that needs to be gathered up and placed in the skip bin on site. I estimate about two hours work for one person. There is a wheelbarrow on site to make this easier.
