Confirm if needs Council permit. Pavers have moved forward and drain is misaligned and the grate is hard to get in.

The brickwork around the driveway drain is sinking. Need someone to lift the bricks and redo the brickwork with new concrete base so that it stops sinking (and can take the weight of a car)

I have a type of hard plastic sheets which was installed onto the top of the timber pergola but I need a gutter on the end of the pergola because when it rains the water pours straight down into my garden from the plastic sheeting and it pools into the garden below so I need someone who knows how to install a gutter about 5 m long which will then pour into a better place.

Help to Dissemble a 3×3m - mimosa louvred pergola. I bought online, mert at sellers house in Nollarama today. Please bring: Drill, ratchet set, Hand tools, Ladder, I dont know if bolts in concrete need sawn off, if you have grinder also would be useful. Work involves, undoing lots of Nuts/bolts each louvre, screws/Allen keys to undo fram connections. Its Aluminum frame, so careful not to thread. (Its happened before ). I can assist with my tools also and have a 1 x collapsable platform ladder. I would like your help to load into/onto my Van roof racks also. I'm 1 hr drive from location. There is a bunch of rubble, gyprock, old wardrobe panels and general demolition waste that needs to be gathered up and placed in the skip bin on site. I estimate about two hours work for one person. There is a wheelbarrow on site to make this easier.
