The staircase seen in the image (16 steps) needs the hybrid flooring pulled off it. Each step has 3 screws that need to come out first, then rest can be ripped up carefully minimising damaging the walls and handrail. Once that's ripped off (you do not need to dispose of the waste) you need to scrape off or chisel away the glue, then vacuum and sponge off the concrete.
