Project Overview The client seeks a contractor to undertake the safe demolition, dismantling, salvage, handling, and stockpiling of an existing reconstituted limestone retaining wall approximately 40 metres in length and 0.750 metres in height. The blocks measure 1mtr x .350mtr x .350mtr, and there are approx 70 installed. The intent is to maximise salvage and reuse of existing limestone blocks where practical, minimise damage during removal, and leave the site prepared for future reinstatement works. The contractor shall provide all labour, plant, supervision, insurances, disposal of unsalvageable materials post demolition, and all associated equipment necessary to complete the works.

The driveway is not a full-width replacement. It is mainly: 1. Removal of the existing concrete crossover strip along the road edge, 2. Tying into the existing expansion joint/new finished level, 3.Reinstating a narrower concrete section. 19m length, 1.5m wide and 200mm depth

Long section approx. 1800 x 16000mm, triangular section approx 2100 x 1800 x 1900 and a small retaining wall for the long section approx 220mm high. The 16000mm length includes a footpath (which doesn't need repair) and a cross over (between the road and the foot path ) that will need to be expanded.

Help to Dissemble a 3×3m - mimosa louvred pergola. I bought online, mert at sellers house in Nollarama today. Work involves, undoing lots of Nuts/bolts each louvre, screws/Allen keys to undo fram connections. Its Aluminum frame, so careful not to thread. (Its happened before ). There is a bunch of rubble, gyprock, old wardrobe panels and general demolition waste that needs to be gathered up and placed in the skip bin on site. I estimate about two hours work for one person. There is a wheelbarrow on site to make this easier.
