Person needed to remove timber pergola & plastic roof sheeting. Person must have appropriate tools & understanding. After dismantle old materials must be cut up into pieces max 2500mm in length, place out the front ready for pick up. Person/s must clean up work area ready for additional trades to come in the following day. Person/s must be respectful of property owner as home is occupied. Pergola is timber & plastic sheeting only & easy to dismantle. A clean neat job is needed,

The pergola covering needs to be cut back about 5 - 10cm so it doesn't cover the whole gutter. It is already installed and traps leaves.
