I would like to install a PVC tinted corrugated roof on my backyard pergola. The pergola size is approximately 5 m × 1.75 m. At present, the front side of the pergola has no upper support beam. You will need to supply and install suitable treated timber beams (or equivalent framing) to lift and support the new roof with the correct slope for water drainage. Please provide a quote including all materials and labour, including: • PVC tinted corrugated roofing sheets • Timber beams/supports to create the roof slope • All fixings, flashings, and sealants • Installation and site clean-up The pergola frame is already in place (timber structure). Looking for someone experienced with polycarbonate/PVC roofing and small outdoor structures.

Build and install 3m x 0.78m easyshed shed on already prepared slab. Attach to concrete with concrete fixings (supplied).

We live in a Queensland with a built-in lower level. We want to knock out one existing stud wall (marked red on photos) and expand that small bedroom by having a new stud wall built (marked green on photos). New wall length will be 2.50m, height 1.98m. Between two concrete pillars. Thinking it may be possible to move and re-use existing sliding door. Open to suggestions to minimise work required on ceiling (the two halves of new room have existing good ceilings). Looking for someone experienced to come out, assess what's required and help us decide a plan.

We have a patio under our roofline and it's presently tiled. We want to enclose the patio and install a sliding door and a couple of windows. Then we want to build a timber frame over the tiles so we can cover it with compressed FC and then lay engineered timber floorboards on top. Price suggested is hourly rate. We are ready to commence this job immediately. We don't have plans but it is quite a simple job and easy to explain what we require.

Currently have 2 concrete steps to be cut out (as they were done at wrong height), I can arrange the concrete removal once the steps are cut/jackhammered out. Once removed, require just one concrete pad to the full width between the retaining and driveway (1600mm wide x 800mm deep) with a rendered letterbox built on top of pad adjacent driveway. I can assist with brick supply. As an alternative option can you also provide cost for one rendered brickwork letterbox only (no concrete stair removal and no extended concrete pad) Thank you so much

I have an inground concrete pool approx. The pool is currently finished in pebblecrete. I need the pebblecrete chipped/ground back to expose the concrete shell only. This driveway is just dirty and has a small area under the VAN see pics of moss thats collecting on the ground. There are No oil spills or stains. Its just really just dirty and needs a thorough wash. I would be looking at someone that has experience doing these and is not doing this without prior experience. Water is available on the premises and we will remove the cars on the day agreed. At this point I am collating the information on offers and I am happy to pay extra to get the job done, however it really depends on the final price agreed. The main drain is situated just outside the garage between the concrete driveway and the grass area just before the carport entry.

Need a sealer applied to driveway to protect it from cracking and UV. The driveway has been cleaned this weekend. So just need applying sealer. Can purchase sealer. Need to bring tools.
