Looking to get a portion of my driveway paved. Just from the gate to the start of the carport

We need our 100mm x 100mm travertine cobblestone pavers to be installed on our plain grey poured concrete driveway. Already have the grout, sealer and all materials on site so it is just the labour cost that is needed (total 42m2)

I’m going to an open home inspection on Saturday in Annerley and I’m hoping to get a builder to come with me to give me a rough price guideline of how much it would cost to build in under the house (it’s legal height). I don’t need an exact quote, but I do need a guideline as what it will cost to build underneath will determine the price we can offer (it’s going to auction!) It’s a 10m x 9.8m space, we want it entirely open plan (no bedrooms) with small bathroom and kitchenette. If you have time to come with me it would be greatly appreciated as I’m going in blind in terms of building costs! There’s two inspection times 11:30am-12pm and 2-2:30pm (I can do either). There is a big hole on my patio/pergola roof. I’m looking for a handyman to repair/replace the roof. The handyman must have the own insurance and certificate.

Help dismantling a 18.0m x 2.8m pergola. You will need to be there the whole day and must be handy with power tools and be ok with climbing on top of the roof to remove colour bond roof.
