I have a pergola already built, with some clear and some not-clear corrugated roofing panels. I would like to replace the whole lot with some laserlite PC sheets, I'm still deciding on which ones. The size of the verandah is roughly is about 11m x 3.6m change required. I measured the existing roof panels, and they are 1.1m x 3.36m. Looking for someone who can get them at a discounted rate, and happy to pay for your service. There is existing flashing on there, but probably needs redoing once you redo the panels. I would like to build a garage from the existing carport. The garage would need to be extended and connected to the house by removing the existing main entrance concrete steps. The main entrance would remain in place and provide direct access to the house from the garage. To achieve this, the current carport roof would need to be raised at the front to allow access to the door via newly built stairs. The opposite side of the carport would need to be cleared of plants and converted into a walkway, providing access to the side and rear of the house. This offer is for a site visit and quote only. Hi, Need someone to repair or potentially replace damaged frame for exterior driveway gate. Existing damaged frame can possibly be bent back into shape and fixed to concrete using bolts. If this is possible. If this is not possible then replacement frame to be built using galvanised steel posts or similar for existing gates. 2x Gates to be re-hung after this is completed. Gates are quite heavy and tall, 1.8m and I am happy to assist in moving them before the other work takes place.
