Please review the photos and make your offer. Work required: Demolish and remove the existing cabinets, shelves, doors, drawers, kickboards and benchtop. Remove the existing rangehood/exhaust and any accessible ducting, as this section of the wall may later be altered to create a doorway. Avoid unnecessary damage to the surrounding walls and flooring. Cut larger sections into manageable pieces where required. Remove and dispose of all materials and rubbish. Remove and dispose of the existing kitchen floor covering after the cabinets are removed. Please include this and all disposal/tip fees in your offer. If you are a licensed plumber and gasfitter, it would also be helpful if you could separately quote to disconnect and safely cap the kitchen water, waste and gas supply before demolition. Please provide your licence details. If the rangehood is hardwired, it must be disconnected by a licensed electrician. Please confirm whether you are licensed to do this or whether I need to arrange an electrician separately. I am currently waiting to gain access to the property, which could occur anytime within approximately 3–5 weeks from now. I am obtaining quotes and checking availability in advance.
