I need someone to fix my pergola / roof which has drainage issues. Looks like it was initially done with inadequate slope making the water pool and rust. Roofing will need to be replaced. Slope needs to be adjusted for proper water runoff + installation of gutter (if possible) to direct water away from house The pergola is attached to the house, so waterproofing/preventing water damage to the house wall is a priority.

Total amount of timber slats is approx only, pending on final width of timber and how big the gaps will be between each slat. (Maybe Up to 20 slats) Length of wood to be trimmed to size approx 3m. STEP 3. Attach completed frame with slats to pergola. Right side mount to wood post. Left side dyna bolt to brick wall.

Concrete area 9.7x 4.6 minus the shed. Plus small area near toilet pictured. Need a quote for exposed aggregate, and concrete with grey tint.

Need a pergola roof installed onto existing structure attached to townhouse. I have sourced a roof, gutters, drain pipe (yet to be purchased but secured). The existing structure will need modification to ensure the roof is on 5 degree angle (photos exist of neighbours roof as example). There is also an electrical point that will need to move slightly to enable the addition to existing structure.
