Hey there lovely ones, I have recently ended up in a pickle with a dodgy contractor and now require someone to complete architectural drawings of three planned renovations to my property and apply for and obtain building permits for the works as quickly as possible (the original tradespeople already tried to undertake some works under the pretence of having acquired permits).
