There are two spares blue stones shown on the picture but more may be needed. Can send more photos if required. The yellow part is just sand a temporary fix.

Driveway gate usually shuts properly but not every time

We need to replace hinges on a steel framed gate & lift higher on timber supporting post. Car backed into gate (nightime) as gate got stuck on ground & didn't fully open. So gate needs to be lifted higher on timber posts & electric gate system to also be moved higher on to post

Need a person with architecture drawing skills, and office design/layout will be ideal. There will be sliding doors for the work area.

Install Bunnings shed, Afsco 3 metres by 1.52x 2.08. Install in backyard. I have postponed this job, as we are having additional works at the property. I will repost in the new year

Assembly of small garden easyshed.

repair / replace the main timber beam on our pergola. it would be a 300mm timber joist, which has failed at the connection to the main timber column. it could be a temporary fix that would make this safe for the next 3 - 6 months whilst we work out what we are doing longer term with the pergola.

Build partition in 2 rooms per picture 1. One room with 1 curtain opening. (Wall 1 : 2,490 x to ceiling / Wall 2 : 3,000 x 2,490) 2. One partition wall with 2 curtain openings (4,000 x 2,400) I got the key on the 15th December and prefer someone who can start on the 15th of December. - Due date: Needs to be done on Friday, 15 December 2023
