Hi there! I'm renovating an old 70s townhouse (downstairs kitchen + living) and am looking for a skilled demo guy / carpenter/ plasterer to come and join me on the project! The kitchen cabinets have been removed and the flooring will be going by end of December. Looking for a person to: 1. Strip down the wall behind the kitchen to expose the brick wall 2. Remove all cornices downstairs from the ceiling 3. Take down a random half wall (looks like non load-bearing, used to be a wall for an old bedroom) 4. remove the old tiled over fireplace (make flush with wall) No painting required at this stage but this service may be needed in thee future. If you have great sparkie mates would also be keen to connect. More work will likely come out of this as we take down all the old stuff (there's been a lot of dodgy DIY done over the past 30 years).
