Hi, We’re looking for an experienced concreter or contractor to inspect our concrete driveway on-site and provide a quote for a localised structural repair. Background: Part of the driveway has settled over time due to an old underground electrical rewire. A trench was cut many years ago and the patched section has since sunk slightly. Scope of works: • This is for inspection and quotation first • The required work is a localised repair only – not a full driveway replacement • Likely works include removal of the settled section along the trench, base re-compaction, reinforcement mesh and re-pouring concrete Our priority is: • Structural stability • A safe, level surface • A practical repair expected to last around 5 years We are not seeking decorative finishes, resurfacing, or full driveway replacement. We’ve had pigeons make a nest and mess inside our vergola on the balcony outside. Require removal of the nest and clean up of their mess on the vergola and floor/furniture underneath, installation of mesh/deterrent to prevent happening again.

Trim overhanging branches of the tree on my driveway

We have a driveway with pavers concreted in. One section of the driveway is manhole that goes to some services. Not sure. The manhole has sunk and is a triping hazzard. It has two holes for tool to lift out. I need it lifted out and then either packed with sand or something such as expanding foam to level out the manhole so there is no tripping hazzard. Also may need the driveway cleaned as it up for sale. Also there are two manholes that have this probem. But one is not bad. - Due date: Flexible
