Updated to obtain diagnosis first, then quote for the rest of the work. If free quote is available, even better. Washing machine won't run/pump water. Have done basic troubleshooting without any luck (found reset instructions online). Think it needs a service and perhaps a part. It's never had any issues in the past. It's an old Bosch classic Maxx.
