Task Description: Hi, I’m looking for someone experienced with Bosch front-load washing machines to help with the following: • Model: Bosch WGA254U0AU • Issue: The machine is not draining, and the filter cap is stuck. • I suspect there’s a blockage that needs to be cleaned out. You’ll need the right tools and experience to safely access and clean the filter, and ensure the machine drains properly again. Please only respond if you’re confident working with this Bosch model or similar. Located in Greensborough. Flexible with timing but would prefer someone ASAP.

Bosch E 18 error has appeared. We tried to drain the filter to clean it and in the process broke the nob that turns it to open it up. Therefore the nob will need replacing and the filter needs to be cleaned. Machine is about 11 years old.
