The machine is giving error E 18. So i know that means there is a blockage i have tried to open the filter at the front of machine but its so tight i cant unscrew it which probably means the blockage is preventing that from opening i need help to get it open please As you can see from photos I can't unscrew it will only go that far like a 45 degree angle
