Install Coolaroo balcony blind up - there is a template that comes with it on where to drill and install the roller blind. Requires drilling into concrete wall - quite simple but needs the right hammer drill and tools.

PVC venetian blinds are broken. I believe the string needs to be replaced as it looks as though it's been cut. The louvres on the blinds can rotate but they cannot shut/close. - Due date: Before Saturday, 21 January 2023

Chain mechanism was faulty needs replacing. Had lost its grab so blind had to be fully open or fully closed. 43mm size. Also blind fixing has come loose from window frame so needs re-fixing to wall/window frame. - Due date: Before Thursday, 17 November 2022
