Happy for to do the fit off as well Bathroom is ready for plumbing rough in as you can see in the photos and access is easy, as house is raised off the ground. Shower - staying where it is in the picture. I have the exposed shower rail set up and only need hot/ cold point. No mixer or shower head line needed. Will need waste in middle of shower. Vanity - vanity will be opposite side of the bathroom. I have the vanity and only need hot/ cold and waste pipe. 900mm free standing, under fit bowl. Toilet - adding a toilet under the window (boarded up at the moment). Need waste and water pipe. Sewer already under bathroom. Bathroom waste - no bathroom waste.

General plumbing required for 2 bathroom reno

We're doing a bathroom reno and in need to a tiler who can waterproof and tile our bathroom. Its not a huge area, the room is approx 2.3m x 1.7m. We are needing the floor tiled, around the bath and vanity area, also the shower base and all walls surrounding the shower. Planning on starting the project in the next 5/6 weeks. Based in Petrie. Photo is of current bathroom. We are happy to source materials. We are just after quotes for the labour. Unsure of what it would cost so please ignore the cost I have put there. I need a builder to re do my bathroom. My shower leaks into the ceiling below. I’ve had it looked at and have been told it’s a total redo. I’ll purchase all the items from tiles to sink to toilet, shower screen etc.

Need an electrician to rough in two lights, exhaust fan, power point and switch. Bathroom has been demo’d and is ready for rough in. All sheeting removed with frames exposed. Bathroom is small, approximately 2m x 1.5m and 2.2 m heigh. Existing electrical still in place.

Hi, We're after a bathroom reno on our investment property in Caboolture. We're on a budget thus wanted a less expensive option. I've attached the current bathroom picture. It's a small and old bathroom. We wanted to remove the current bath, sink unit, tiles, strip back the bathroom. Redo the waterproofing. Install a shower cubicle similar to the picture with new tap fixtures. A new sink unit, nothing fancy with new fixtures. Tile the floors & splashback area. We hoping we can get the job done late Jan/early Feb. The house is raised thus easier to work underneath if we need to change any pipes. We’re hoping to book in a quote after the 14th of Jan. Thanks.
