Scope of Work: • Remove the existing bathtub and prepare the area for a walk-in shower. • Ensure double-layer waterproofing is applied to meet and exceed code. • Retile walls and floor using tiles I provided (20x20cm tiles). • Install new bathroom fixtures (also provided). • Provide guidance or assistance with preparing documentation to submit to the building strata for renovation approval. • Must ensure all work aligns with strata and NSW building compliance standards. Requirements: • Fully licensed and insured. • Proven experience with wet area renovations. • Ability to work cleanly and with minimal disruption. • Provide references and examples of past work. • Must supply a detailed proposal or quote for strata submission.
