My skirting boards have all been painted and placed where required. I need them nailed and glued to the walls, calked and patched with the nail holes. Some minor cutting is required where modifications were made. One large board is warped but should be fine.

Hello! I need someone to remove old skirting boards from four walls in one room with the appropriate tool without damaging the wall and then install larger ones. Please only reply if you have done this before and have the tools to do the job. The new skirtings are 5.4 metres long so must be cut to the proper size. The room measures 4.5 metres by 3.3 metres. Anyone that can do it on Sunday would definitely be highly regarded. Any questions please message.

We just need to reattach an old skirting board as well as the quarter round back to the underlying masonry after salt damp treatment. We’ll sort out painting and detailing (since it’s an old house the top of the skirting board is all caulked up to seal it to the brick) unless you’re willing to do that too!
