Looking for a someone experienced in flooring installation to remove and install new skirting boards in my apartment this Wednesday. Scope of Work: • Approx. 15 metres of skirting to be installed • Skirting will be pre-cut to fit each area, but may need to be trimmed slightly for a perfect fit • Current skirting is unpainted and unsealed, being replaced due to the profile • Must remove and dispose of existing skirting • Must be experienced with skirting installation and have your own tools

I live in a small (25sqm) studio in an art deco building in Potts Point. I need help replacing the electrical sockets and placing them in the wall & removing the skirting board. Please let me know if you need more photos or a video. The sockets are only on one side of the studio and the electric wires start near the front door I believe.

My dog chewed the edges of a few skirting boards when he was a puppy and I am looking to get them replaced. The original ones are very soft wood. I’ve measured up all the lengths that will need replacing and it comes to approximately 15 metres. I’ve included a picture of the type of skirting boards the previous carpenter used to replace 2 of them a few years ago. The height is 7cm and depth is 1.5cm. The new ones are much better harder wood. I have also included the measurements in the pictures. I am in an apartment and have an elevator. I also have undercover visitor parking near the elevator and a large balcony for you to cut the materials to size. I have the original paint used for the skirting boards if you would like to repaint them as well, other wise I can do it.

I’ve got one wall that I have removed the old skirting board for and need assistance with placing the new skirting on. It will need to be cut to size as I have two overlapping skirtings boards so there is a bit of excess

I have about 18 meters of skirting board on site that needs to be cut and fitted to some new plasterboard.

I need someone who has the professional equipment to cut skirting board timber (which I have already bought) to size. This will require someone who can do a 45° angles. It is not a huge job... this is just to add to areas where we did a renovation recently. I have the measurements all done, just need someone with the equipment to cut them to size.

We recently installed floor boards and fitted the old skirting boards. They need a bit of touch up. Already paint matched and purchased 2 litters of paint. You need to bring fillers. Any other material will be reimbursed.
