Needing Balustrade for our front porch please!

We want someone to install balustrade on our porch please! Also for the backyard: Raise the floor with pavers to meet the pre existing level and set up a pergola please!

Glass balustrade install. All materials supplied just need installation.

The old balustrade is rotten but the uprights ok. I have the new treated pine replacement timber. Red strapping in pics is holding the balustrade together. We don't require the Criss cross pattern as shown in pics. All vertical are ok, I I I I I I

Our external balustrade needs a light sanding (approx 400 grit sandpaper required) and re-oiling with oil and sandpaper that we will provide. Also, we have 4 stools that need the seat sanded and oiled.
