Need stainless balustrades TIG welded. Tried to do it with a MIG but the quality is not ideal. About 60 posts to weld.

I need the balustrades and hand rails painted in our outdoor deck area and stairs. Paint will be supplied, all consumables (sandpaper, cleaning, drop cloths, brushes, rollers etc) and other equipment needs to be supplied by you. It’s about 18 linear metres of balustrades.
