installation of 2 way radio on ford ranger

I need someone to put LED bulbs in the headlights of my BMW X3 from 2013. When I tried to do it, a metal brace popped out of place and needs to be reattached in order to put the bulb in place. See pictures for more details. The front bumper may need to be removed in order to reattach the metal piece.

My ford falcon BA Year 2003 has a issue with locking . On locking the door with key,the car will lock but if I open the driver side rear or front passenger door by lever ,the car unlocks . Can it be fixed Please quote Thx
