I'm hosting an event with approx 40 people at a hotel in Richmond and I need you to record all the speakers for the day. This will require you to setup and capture sessions from 9:00am to 5:00pm. You'll need to lapel mic the speaker while capturing on video the projector screen behind them (7 speakers throughout the day) Morning tea, lunch and afternoon tea provided You can setup the video on a simple tripod, then I need all the footage compressed into 1080px and send to me on Google Drive or Dropbox.

What we’re looking for: • Someone with their own video and lighting gear (please specify your equipment — camera model, lighting type, etc.). • We can also provide lighting if needed. • For audio, a Rode wireless mic (or equivalent) is perfect — we can supply this if necessary. • Experience shooting interview or testimonial-style videos. • Confident, friendly communication style — able to help founders look natural on camera. • Ability to work independently once set up. • Deliver high-quality raw footage (no editing required, but note if you can offer editing as an add-on).
