I am hosting a life and confidence coaching event for approx. 12 women in a high-tea salon venue. I am looking for a photographer/videographer to take some photos at beginning/end and sporadicly throughout. I need some photos to share on social media afterwards and to use in applying for future speaking assignments. A group photo at the end would be wonderful as well. I do not need detailed coverage of the entire event and am conscious this is a small group in an intimate cafe setting so I do not want a photographer invading personal space. Therefore the photographer will be invited to participate and get free entry to my ticketed event, plus will be provided with free luxurious high-tea and drinks so their presence feels more natural (like you are a friend of mine there to join the event and just capturing some moments thorughout). Because of the location, this will need to be done from your car parked in a public bay on the street outside. You’ll: 1. Set up your phone to film continuously for 2 hours (no editing required). 2. Make a simple note of the approximate time each person enters or exits the business (e.g. 6:24 am – 1 male enters). 3. Upload to a Google Drive the full video file and your short time log afterwards. You’ll Need: - A car (to stay discreet and dry) - A phone that records clearly in low light - A dashboard mount/tripod to keep the video steady - Good attention to detail for basic note-taking - Reliable upload method (Google Drive) within the same day Important: - Filming must be done only from public property – no filming inside the building. - No audio recording. - The footage is for internal documentation only – it won’t be published or shared publicly.

Looking for an experienced videographer to shoot a video for our homepage. The concept is you will shoot the two founders of the business doing a straight to camera piece, talking about the business and why they started it. We expect the video to be around 60 seconds in length, maybe 90 seconds at the absolute top end. We will write the script.
