I am looking for a profession videographer to film a keynote speaker and fireside chat. You will need your own equipment along with microphone lapel for speaker connect sound. Looking for 3 hours. Must have good equipment and make recommendations on different angles of speaker etc. Supply raw editable footage to me within 7 days of filming.

I work for Ripple Learning, a social enterprise/charity who run workplace training for organisations where 100% of profits go to kids mental health. We are running a Courageous Conversations workshop with Second 50 on 27th March 2026, 9.30-4.30pm and are wanting a videographer/photographer to assist us to curate content for our website and for future promotional materials. This Courageous Conversations workshop is for 50+ year old women. Our founder Helen Jarvis is facilitating this for them at a very reduced rate in exchange for the agreement that we can record some video footage and take some photos of the day. The training session will run from 9:30am to 4:30pm Friday 27th March at a Cuppa Co-Lab in Barangaroo. Video: We’d like to end up with all the raw (not edited) content of her presenting/facilitating. The goal is not to zoom in on the participants because we will edit out the footage of any dialogue with participants. Hi Everyone, My fiancée and I are getting married on the 21st of September (I.e. next month at 10am in Barangaroo) I realise this is an insane ask in less than a month, however... My fiancée’s parents have had a medical emergency and will no longer be able to attend, which has my fiancée in tears. So I am putting it out there for anyone that may have a) a career in this line of work (i.e. professionals only please) b) availability and c) the right professional equipment and skills to record, stream, and edit our ceremony (1 hour tops), plus post processing.
