Cooktop switches on. But the flame goes off when the turning knob is released. Happens with all the 5 stoves in the cooktop. I guess the thermocouple needs cleaning or replacement.

I recently had to replace my dishwasher. The inlet hose of the new dishwasher has a bulky valve that makes it impossible to thread it through the hole in the divider. Part of the problem is that there is a pipe that goes up through this space. I think if the hole on the dishwasher side is expanded to the left (or a new hole created), the hose will fit, as the hole on the cabinet side is somewhat to the left anyway.
