I have a Brevellie coffee machine which has stopped working. When making a coffee it leaks at the back of the machine.

We have a ALLVENT Slim Series Exhaust Fan in our bathroom and I believe it needs replacing or fixing as it no longer turns on with the light. Anyone with experience that could assist with the replacement and sourcing necessary parts for the fix would be amazing.

I have a second front-loader washing machine that needs to be connected to the same cold tap as the other machine using a Y-connector. The second waste pipe can be connected to the same pipe (spare spigot on pipe, but it does need to be drilled out) under the sink behind the adjoining wall (washing machines are in the garage, current machine connects to drain through a hole in the wall to underneath the sink of the downstairs bathroom which was originally the laundry). Second hole will need to be cut out of the wall for the second machine's waste pipe to pass through. Have already bought the 3/4" washing machine Y-connector and a clamp. See photos for under-sink setup and current setup for single washing machine on other side of that same wall.

Please quote for labour only to swap faulty Reolink 823S1 cctv camera with an identical unit supplied under warranty. Camera installed on 2nd storey eve approximately 5.9m above ground level.

Require 4 x PoE CCTV cameras installed, two on ground level and two on second story eves. We have purchased the cameras already and simply need them mounted and connected to the preinstalled PoE points around the house.
