I have a second front-loader washing machine that needs to be connected to the same cold tap as the other machine using a Y-connector. The second waste pipe can be connected to the same pipe (spare spigot on pipe, but it does need to be drilled out) under the sink behind the adjoining wall (washing machines are in the garage, current machine connects to drain through a hole in the wall to underneath the sink of the downstairs bathroom which was originally the laundry). Second hole will need to be cut out of the wall for the second machine's waste pipe to pass through. Have already bought the 3/4" washing machine Y-connector and a clamp.
