Heater doesn’t turn on no air coming out

Always keeps on clicking when switched on.. currently switched off and using a gas lighter to use the stove.. cannot use electrical switch as it keeps on clicking even after turning on the stove.

Its an omega oven,the oven door needs alignment.The door does shuts but small gap on the side may be thats making the food not cook properly. Looking for someone who knows and can fix.
