Our air vent above the stove decided to stop working and I’m looking to have someone come and take a look at it. The lights work on the vent and the buttons to switch the vent on works however, the connection from the button to start the vent doesn’t trigger. If someone knows exactly what to do without coming to see it, I’m happy with that as well.
Feng was awesome, he knew exactly what was wrong with our fan, showed us the exact issue even though we had no choice but to replace it. Will definitely use him again to install the new one we order 👍
