Groundsman at local cricket ground, needing our cylinder mower service and sharpened or new blades. and John deer ride on. Belt has snapped needs replacing.

Lid lock light won't turn on, so essentially lid is not locking. Not draining properly due to the lid lock issue I guess. Can't work out how to reset factory settings or how to fix it. We tried to unplug it for 5 mins and then hold a button for 5 seconds until it beeps but nothing works. We have a guy said he could fix it in 15 minutes by changing the pump, but we cant get to him. Looking for someone to come to us.
