After it rained yesterday night night it seems to be getting a bit more serious this morning. The water meter is not running, but there is a water sound. There is full access to the subfloor. We can't see any pipes leaking. We are happy to pay for an investigation fee, and get a quote for the actual job required.. We prefer anytime after 12pm on any day. Thank you.

Freezer not cooling properly. Fan making noise. Model Samsung - SRF752DSS

We have a Fisher & Paykel dishwasher that had an F 30 error code come up on Tuesday night. I checked some online forums, which suggested tilting the machine backwards at a 45 degree angle and drained the water out. However, the error continued. I could not see any obvious leaks. My understanding is that the F30 error code on a Fisher & Paykel dishwasher indicates that the flood switch has been activated, so there is presumably a problem with water drainage.
