Yesterday soap spilled out the side of dishwasher as I added too much soap potentially and it shut down. Now the dishwasher won’t start again and it’s serving this error message

The Samsung washing machine is playing up. It sounds like Water is going in but the drum is staying dry and water is going out the pipe at the back into the drain, but that seems like it was always the case. It hasn’t suddenly come unattached from anywhere that I can see I’ve tried various cycles nothing works. I’ve tried switching it on and off at the wall. It is now showing during the cycle but the drum is dry. No water went in. How can I get the daughter to unlock?

Wanting someone to have a look and hopefully fix our dryer that has stopped working. It is pretty old so may not be able to fix. Power/ lights are turning on and machine making humming sound however it will not start.

My Samsung heat pump dryer appears to be working except the drum is not rotating. The machine still powers on and heat is being generated, but the drum doesn’t spin properly. The last time it worked was with a very light load, but when I put in a normal/heavier load the drum stops rotating completely.
