The Scotsman NU100 Ice Machine was shut down for the Christmas Break. Upon returning from annual leave, the machine was switched back on and it's not functioning properly. To explain, it goes through the motion of creating ice the first time, then it decides to stop and red lights on the panel start flashing. It looks like its overheating based on the manual/troubleshooting guide. The machine is 2.5 years old, it's essentially new. Require a service technician to diagnose and repair the machine.
