Pick up rubbish from the veranda/balcony on the driveway. - Location: Park Street Campsie. - Pick up day: Tuesday 12 April - Rubbish includes (as pictured in three photos) — 50L hot water tank (moved out back for easy access). — old shower screen — renovation old rubbish as pictured including boxes, old light fittings, cardboard, plastics etc. - Please bring your own wheelbarrow or trolley to pass items over the balcony into the driveway. We don’t want rubbish taken through the flat. - Access: to the balcony, easy ground level step over, around waist height. The balcony is on the driveway. - Car access. It’s a very skinny driveway. I recommend you reverse into the driveway and park at the entrance to avoid hitting your mirrors. pick up all rubbish items from the balcony plus the old water heater in the backyard. - Sweep up of balcony afterwards. Many of the recycling centres will accept the water heater for scrap metals. So the overall weight of tips fees shouldn’t be huge. Please let me know if you have any questions. When you make an offer, please also give a rough time.
